Prestige is led by experienced IT Project Management professionals with strong academic backgrounds and industry certifications, including PMP and Agile credentials such as Release Train Engineers, Agile Practitioners and Advanced Scrum Masters. The team has a proven track record of managing complex IT projects globally: enterprise solution deployments, digital transformation, and large-scale infrastructure.

Michael Mazzella is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, providing strategic leadership and overall direction for the company. He shapes the organisation’s vision, establishes strategic priorities, and drives sustainable growth.

He guides long-term strategy and works with the management team to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, improve operational performance, and maintain high standards of professionalism and service delivery.

Co-Founder & Managing Director

Donald Kenji

Donald Kenji is a Co-Founder and Managing Director focused on strategic leadership, project delivery, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth. His experience as a private pilot shaped a disciplined, structured approach to leadership and decision-making.

His aviation background strengthened his appreciation for precision, preparation, risk awareness, situational judgment, and effective communication. He applies these principles to business operations, project execution, and stakeholder relationships.

Donald oversees project operations, business development, client relationships, and organisational growth. He is passionate about turning complex objectives into measurable outcomes through planning, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Margaret Mills serves as Chief Accountant, overseeing the company’s core accounting and financial reporting activities.
